By purchasing or enrolling in an Oasis Med Spa membership, you (“Member”) agree to the following Membership Terms & Conditions with Oasis Med Spa AZ LLC (“Oasis Med Spa”).
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits include the complimentary monthly facial, exclusive pricing on select services, and discounts on qualifying skincare products as outlined on the Membership page.
- Complimentary monthly facials are provided on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.
- Members may carry over one unused complimentary facial per calendar year. Any additional unused monthly facials will expire.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member.
Membership Usage
- Membership pricing and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, packages, or discounts unless otherwise stated by Oasis Med Spa.
- Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or account credit.
- Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
- Complimentary monthly facials may not be exchanged for other services or products.
- Membership pricing applies only while the membership is active and in good standing.
Membership Term
Membership begins on the date of enrollment and requires a 12-month commitment.
After the initial 12-month term, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed automatically each month.
- Oasis Facial Membership: $90/month
- Glow Up Membership: $135/month
- Hydrofacial Membership: $150/month
Oasis Med Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 60 days’ written notice. If pricing changes, Members may cancel by providing a 30-day written notice before the new pricing takes effect.
Payment Policy
A valid credit or debit card must remain on file for all memberships.
If a payment is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until payment has been successfully processed.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
- Cancellation fees are separate from your monthly membership payment.
- No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy out of respect for our practitioners’ time and other clients waiting for appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule.
- If there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service safely and effectively, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee or no-show policy will apply.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships may not be cancelled during the initial 12-month commitment without payment of the applicable early termination fee.
- Oasis Facial Membership: $200 early termination fee
- Glow Up Membership: $300 early termination fee
- Hydrafacial Membership: $350 early termination fee
After the initial 12-month term, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Non-Transferability
Memberships are intended for the exclusive use of the Member and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another individual.
Right to Terminate
Oasis Med Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership if a Member violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in behavior that is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise detrimental to Oasis Med Spa, its staff, or its clients.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
